the hotel's location is directly across from central park. lincoln center is just three blocks away. this facilitates easy access to the arts & design museum and various shops at columbus circle.

the staff was attentive and professional. the service included room service delivered perfectly. housekeeping ensured the room felt brand new daily and that created a consistently high-quality experience.

friendly staff convenient location central park view insufficient ac uncomfortable room warm room
the staff were friendly and serviceable. i was assigned room #606. the location is convenient for times square and 5th ave. central park views are nice.
my air conditioning did not cool the room enough. i did not find it comfortable. the room felt warm.
